Terry has represented a myriad of commercial properties including apartments, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial, hotels, shopping malls, golf courses, complex personal property, among others. His most successful protest to date concerns a large office complex located in the Houston Business District in which he prevailed with a reduction of over $35,000,000. Harvey G. English

Harvey's formal education was completed in 1992 with a Real Estate degree from the University of Houston. While working for the Texas Department of Transportation, he managed several Right of Way projects and was an expert witness for the Texas State Attorney General's Office in condemnation cases. He joined the CTN management team in 1994 and helped devise and implement the growth, marketing, and business objectives that the company enjoys today. With Harvey's vast knowledge in the tax protest industry, as well as his credentials as a Texas State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, he has consistently reduced both Real and Business Personal Property tax values by millions. His largest value reduction to date is over $10,000,000 in the Galleria area in Houston. Harvey has been an active Property Tax Consultant for more than 15 years, a State Certified Appraiser since 1993, a Real Estate Broker for 6 years and Real Estate Salesman for more than 20 years. He has appraised and/or analyzed all types of commercial, industrial, residential and business personal property accounts. Harvey has also been a guest speaker at various property tax seminars.
